Reiki and Healing Touch uses a technique commonly called palm or hands-on healing. Through the use of these energy healing techniques, practitioners sense and can transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms. Used for self-healing and to enhance the flow of energy. Clients report feeling relaxed and an internal state of balance and equilibrium.

Happy Feet: STUDENT FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Foot Reflexology is a method of massage that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. Foot Reflexology can be added to a full body massage, this treatment is an hour of gently working on the feet. You will be amazed at how good you feel afterwards. There is a famous saying “you are only as happy as your feet”

Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian cultural practice of bodywork that includes mind, body and spirit. LOMI LOMI combines a variety of techniques and oils to relax each part of your body. It will leave you feeling serene and relaxed.

STUDENT PRENATAL/POST-PARTUM MASSAGE

Specifically designed for women during Pre-Natal or Post-Partum phase of motherhood. Our students are trained by an experienced massage therapist and certified Doula. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. This makes a great gift for mommas to be!

ADVANCED STUDENT MASSAGE

Massage is done by a student who has passed their Hawaii State Massage licensing exam, and is now working their way through advanced training or starting a private practice. They have more than 200 hours clinical experience under their belt. Stay in touch and continue to receive bodywork with your favorite students after they graduate with an Advanced Student Massage at Quantum School of Massage and Holistic Health.

AROMATHERAPY

Combining massage, and other healing techniques with the therapeutic benefits of clinic grade Essential Oils, this treatment can balance the emotions, reduce stress, release tension and pain, reduce inflammation, and boost the immune system. We use top quality oils in our Aromatherapy sessions and include techniques of layering essential oils for specific effects that are tailored just for you, much like an personalized herbal formula that is applied topically. Hot towels and massage complete the experience as you absorb the benefits through the skin.

PROFESSIONAL LOMILOMI

Lomi Lomi is a respected Hawaiian cultural healing practice and healing art form that involves body and spirit. Using oil and long strokes and positions based on hula and martial arts, LOMI LOMI combines a variety of techniques to relax each part of your body. Traditionally passed down through family lineages, our students have had the opportunity to be introduced to Lomi from our local Kumu. Professional Lomi Practitioners such as QSMHH teachers may consider themselves life-long students of Lomi. It may become a life path for some. LOMI LOMI MASSAGE once reserved for Ali’i and immediate family members is a rare treat to receive. Confirmation of what you already “know”, can be a powerful tool to help you to take the next necessary steps on your healing journey. Our experienced therapists will use the tool(s) that are just right for the job including SKY YOURSELF Emotional Healing, Quantum Healing Energy, Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga, Holistic Peer Coaching, Healing Touch, Reiki, working with elemental energies such as stones, minerals, food, essential oils and plants.
