- If using the online form, you will be automatically redirected to pay the application fee online after clicking “SUBMIT”.
- Your application is not considered complete until the application fee is paid. The application fee of $350 is non-refundable and guarantees placement in the current coming semester.
- The first tuition payment of 50% of the HHP, LMT, SHP or HMT or HMT+ is due 15 days before semester starts. Tuition includes clinic, lab fees and tax. There is a discount for full payment 30 days before semester starts.
- If you choose the payment program, the balance of the tuition is approximately $850 due each month.
- All Ala carte, workshops or single class fees are due before event dates. See Calendar for dates.
