LMT 1 - 200 Hours
LMT 1 consists of 200 hours of basic massage training. Classes meet SUNDAY TUESDAY and THURSDAY evenings from 5:30-9:30pm for 3 months.
Students learn Anatomy/Physiology, Hygiene, and Swedish Massage. Completing this class is a pre-req for entering Supervised Clinic and Level 2 LMT classes.
