10 hours: INTRODUCTION to Lomi Lomi and L'au Lapa'au cultural practices: an introduction with Aunty Ipo at Quantum School of Massage and Holistic Health. Includes draping practice, cultural awareness, healing protocals and cleansing practices, hula footwork, long strokes, hands, hawaiian herbs.
