All Application Inquiries, Interviews and school tours  are free. We offer a prospective student massage special price in our clinic during regular clinic hours for the  rate of $35 for those interested in attending Quantum School of Massage and Holistic Health. You can  experience our signature bodywork and to meet other students currently in the program. Call or text to book a prospective student massage.

We are a licensed massage school that offers DOE transcripts of your educational accomplishments upon graduation. You may request your transcripts in the future from the school, or the Hawaii Dept. of Education.  These program graduation transcripts are necessary to approved for the Hawaii State Massage Exam but you may also port your transcript and apply to other states for your massage license with your DOE transcripts.

Admission into our DOE LMT or HMT program requires a $350 appliation fee to set up your transcript files and apply to the school and must be paid in advance.

If you wish to APPLY NOW for the LMT program, or are coming to Hawaii and need to be considered for an incoming transfer student  transfer program, with a DOE transcript upon graduation AND  have a seat held for you in a specific cohort, please follow the instructions below in Step 2 for the Dept. Of Education programs..
